Donations
Each year, the spirit program must raise $40,000 for all 3 teams to compete at the NCA Collegiate National Championships. This covers airfare, hotels, meals, choreography, music, and competition fees. Appearances are our primary fundraiser for this, and all donations are greatly appreciated. Please use the rates below to estimate your donation amount. There is a $50 minimum donation for any group or individual to attend events not on the UTSA Main Campus:
Private Party/For-Profit Organization:
$30/cheerleader/hour
$60/mascot/half-hour
Non-Profit Organizations and Schools:
$20/cheerleader/hour
$40/mascot/half-hour
UTSA Main Campus Organizations:
$10/cheerleader/hr
$20/mascot/half-hour
-Mascot appearances cannot exceed 30 minutes in length unless there are more than 300 spectators at the given event.
-There is no additional cost for travel as long as the event is within 15 miles of campus, after which a rate of $0.50/additional mile roundtrip is charged.
